Quality daytime interior photography is foundational to the marketing of any real estate property, whether it’s an apartment or sprawling estate. Telling the story of a home visually requires a suite of skills — including composition, lighting, editing, and compositing; taking years of experience to hone, in order to deliver beautiful images in a quick and timely manner.
Working with you, I want to create images that feel natural to the property. I aim to deliver high quality images that are consistent throughout, have properly exposed interiors and windows, and are thoughtfully framed and cropped. Every image is personally photographed and edited by me.
My goal is to make every space look the best it can.

Most times the first photo in any listing is an exterior shot, whether it’s the front of the house or a dramatic back yard. First impressions matter, which is why exterior photos are just as important as the interiors. Skillfully capturing the exterior architecture, grounds, and amenities is an art all its own.
The weather is great most days in Southern California, but if it doesn’t cooperate on the day of the shoot I have multiple techniques for replacing the sky, to help your listing look its very best.

As the sun goes down, a new mood of the property is shown. Twilight and evening photos are often the most dramatic in any listing. They are eye-catching and can have an incredible range of tone — from deep shadows to colorful sunsets to the glow of the windows to the warmth of fires you can almost hear crackling through the image.
Twilight and evening require their own skillset to capture and edit. I can help you showcase that nighttime cityscape view from a high-rise penthouse, that beautifully lit landscaping, that glowing pool, and those deepening skies. If nature didn’t provide us with the dramatic, colorful sunset you hoped for on shoot day, I can replace the sky with a more exciting sunset.

A change of perspective can make all the difference. Some properties need angles that can’t be captured from the ground. Maybe the house is on a hillside, maybe it has a unique lot, maybe you want to show how close the house is to a local attraction, or maybe getting off the ground simply gets you that “Eureka!” angle. I’m an FAA licensed drone pilot and together the sky’s the limit for photo possibilities.

A virtual tour allows prospective buyers to “walk” the space before ever setting foot on the property. This can translate to more dedicated buyers, because they have already “seen” the house and are serious about pursuing it. I use Matterport for my virtual tours, because their proprietary technology creates high quality scans and walkthroughs. With Matterport, it’s possible to look at the property, floor by floor, like a floor plan or in 3D like a doll house, as well as making measurement right in the tour, allowing buyers to really study the space for themselves.

A schematic floor plan can clarify a home layout that might be too unique to understand at a glance through photos. It also creates more serious buyers, when they see the dimensions of the rooms and know it is enough space for their needs. A good floor plan is one more great tool for your website and marketing.
