A change of perspective can make all the difference. Some properties need angles that can’t be captured from the ground. Maybe the house is on a hillside, maybe it has a unique lot, maybe you want to show how close the house is to a local attraction, or maybe getting off the ground simply gets you that “Eureka!” angle.
